Hwy 16 bisects this parcel. An application has been submitted to the City of Meridian for Annexation & Zoning, Preliminary Plat & Conditional Use Permit w/R-40, R-15 & C-G Zones. The Preliminary Plat will be to subdivide the property into individual lots although the plan is for townhomes (R-15) at McDermott & Ustick. There is a possibility that a Comprehensive Plan Amendment will also be associated w/the applications. The amendment will be to change the designation from Mixed Use-Regional to Mixed Use-Interchange. On the west side of Hwy 16, C-G off of Ustick & Owyhee Storm and R-40 behind the commercial along the back stretch of Owyhee High School.
